Gathering information is a big part of the job in a real estate market. We know our neighbors; we know people that we know and trust; when you go to the market, you’re going to talk to them. To be up front with clients and potential clients you have to be up front about your goals. You can’t just say that you want to sell your house, you can’t just say you want to buy your house, you have to be honest.

To be honest with prospective clients you have to be honest with the potential buyers. If you tell a potential buyer you are selling your house you really need to have a good reason for why. If you tell them you want to buy your house you have to have some sort of good reason for why.

I was recently interviewed by a realtor that I had just met and he said, “I’m not really looking to buy yet. I just want to find out if you are interested in selling your house because I need to get an offer in before I make a decision.” I honestly think I would have bought his house if he had just said that.

To be honest though, I think I would have had more luck with the realtor who said that and said to meet me at my house. I think I would have gotten the house. I’m more of a buyer and if I had asked about the house I would have gotten the ball rolling much quicker.

The truth is, I don’t know that you would have gotten the offer you have in the first place. The reality is that a person might have been attracted to the house because it was in an ‘urban’ setting but you know, because you are in a suburban area, that might not have been the deciding factor.

The reality is that I am the person who can say that you would have gotten the offer you have in the first place. We dont know for sure. But my opinion is that you are probably a great deal more likely to get a better deal if you go with a realtor. A realtor is going to look at all aspects of the house, including the location and amenities, and you might not have thought of that.

I am not sure if this is an issue with me or if it is a problem with the realtor. I say it is a problem with the realtor because my first-time realtor experience was so bad. I ended up with an offer that was much better than the one I was initially given.

I’m not sure what the other person’s experience is. I’ve been through something like this before. I was a successful realtor. I was a very successful one. I went from being an agent to a realtor. I got into this big deal that the realtor had to do what he wanted to do. The agent was going to see me and make him pay. And then I went to the realtor’s office to get a chance to tell him about my situation.

This is an interesting story. I have a feeling it’s going to be one of the most important parts of the game. It’s going to be a big story with a lot of twists and turns.

The game is all about gathering intel about the characters you go on to meet. You’ll be asked questions, and you’ll be given clues, and you’ll be given hints, but you’ll be given none of the answers. This is all you’re going to get if you get a chance to meet any of these characters. You’ll have no idea what they’ve done, and you have to make the best of it.
