I decided to make my first day of December full of happiness. I was excited about the weekend ahead, and I started planning the week leading up to it. I was planning to spend a couple weeks doing some traveling. I wasn’t sure if I should go somewhere new or just plan on spending a little more time with family and friends.
In a perfect world, your first day of the year should be filled with excitement. That is, if you don’t already have plans.
For most people, though, the first day of the year is all about celebrating the days before it. We are told to make the most of it while the holidays are still fresh in our memories. So if you do plan on spending time with family and friends, I would start by taking a trip to a new place. Take a roadtrip to a new town in your state. Go somewhere you’ve never been before.
I agree that spending time with family and friends is a great way to start the year, but remember that it is a day that can fill you with all the things you could possibly want.
It’s a good idea though to treat yourself to a new place before the holidays, because it’s the holiday season, and so is the season of giving. People who don’t give themselves are not giving themselves enough time during the year to do so. By the same token, people who don’t give themselves enough time during the year to do so are not giving themselves enough time during the holidays to do so.
So, the holidays are a great time for people to step back and take stock of their lives. A great way to do this is to look at the habits you have that are keeping you from living your most optimal life. As we mentioned in a previous article, staying up all night on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve is a mistake. I’m sure you all know someone in your life who’s done this. It’s not as harmless as it seems.
You know someone who has done this, a person who has fallen into the habit of staying up all night on Christmas Eve. The key to making the switch to a healthier approach to sleep is to do some research and think about what you have going on. If you can’t get the hang of the idea of going to bed early on Christmas Eve, ask yourself how you’d be spending your holiday the next day.
If you are going to go to bed early, this is the best time to do it. It allows your body to get going for the day before bedtime, creating a more efficient system of blood flow in the body, which makes it easier to sleep later. It also means that you have just two days to get to sleep at a decent enough time to get the holiday done. If you think about it, the best and easiest way to get to sleep is in the morning.
As Christmas approaches, the pressure to get up early starts to increase. You have less time to sleep, less time to rest, and less time to recover from the day. If you’re a woman, you’re probably already feeling the effects of Christmas Day. I know I am. I’m usually up and running by 5am.
The good news is that you still have your work to do. You can get up for work at 7 am, but you’ll need to sleep until 5 pm or so.
